On Friday night, February 7, Filipino pro surfer Philmar Alipayo responded to critics after rumours about him and his partner, Andi Eigenmann, circulated online over an alleged third-party issue. Speculation emerged after Andi posted cryptic Instagram stories describing "the year of the snake" and a screenshot of herself seeking assistance from an AI website.
