Cebuana beauty queen Nicole Borromeo Miss Philippines finishes as the 3rd runner up at the Miss International 2023 held at Tokyo, Japan on Thursday, October 26. We are proud of you, Nicole! Congratulations!

Question And Answer:
The Sustainable Development Goals or SDGs by the United Nations have targets that are set to be achieved by 2030. What have you done so far in terms of SDG initiatives?

"As someone who experienced the wrath of natural disasters, home is everything. I've worked tirelessly with Habitat for Humanity and the SDG's goal number 11 of sustainable cities and communities. It is through this volunteer work that I could see in the faces of the children how much they wanted to help, how much they wanted to be a part of the future. Because when it comes to sustainability, we must keep in mind that it is not only for the next generation, but to include them in the process."
Philippines' bet Nicole Borromeo is a stunning water guardian in her evening gown that takes inspiration from the Magindara, a guardian of the seas in Visayan folklore, during the Miss International 2023 coronation night on Thursday.
“Known as the guardian of the seas and the Visayan counterpart of Sirens. Dubai-based designer and Global Pinoy FURNE AMATO weaves a romantic fairytale that embody both the maiden allure, and fierce feminine rage of these denizens of the deep,” Binibining Pilipinas wrote. This national costume embodies the mesmerizing allure of the sea urchin/uni, a culinary treasure cherished by the Philippines and Japan.
