Rice Hoarders in CDO Arrested by theNBI
The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) uncovered part of Cagayan de Oro City’s big-time rice hoarders who were notoriously believed of rice hoarding in Mindanao as they ready to implement immediate arrest against the culprits.
